About This Part
Orochi, printed in Japan as Orojya (ロジャ, Orojya), is a Shogun Face Bolt Takara Tomy released under the Synchrome System, first on the BBG-08 Booster Pirates Orojya 145D on March 31, 2012, then Westward on the SS-08 Starter Pack Pirate Orochi 145D. Its artwork condenses the eight-headed dragon Yamata no Orochi of Japanese myth down to three scaled, fanged snake heads glaring forward, the centre head curved into a slither while the outer two run parallel. The BBG-08 Booster pairs the design with a metal Stone Face rather than the usual plastic piece, and Hasbro's release keeps to the line's cross-shaped bolt in place of Takara Tomy's round diamond.
