About This Part
Metal Semi-Flat Core reached shelves with Advance Averazer on March 27th, 2004, updating the plastic Semi-Flat Core from Driger MS with a metal tip narrowed to 2.5mm across. Unlike Death Gargoyle MS's Metal Change Core, whose attack pattern locks in once it reaches the stadium centre, this part keeps returning to the centre repeatedly across a match, though its overall attack and survival ability fall short of that rival part.
In Play
It stays aggressive for most of a match before settling into a survival-like pattern near the end, and its taller build also makes Force Smash a worthwhile option. A known manufacturing quirk lets some copies' tips spin freely, which the community treats as a helpful accident that extends survival and keeps a wobbling build upright longer.
- Released with Advance Averazer on March 27th, 2004.
