About This Part
Torch, sold in Japan as Cloud, is a Hasbro-made Fusion Wheel for the Hybrid Wheel System that reached western stores first, packaged in the BB-13 Legend Starter Pack Torch Aries 125D, before Takara Tomy issued it in Japan on December 28, 2011 through the BB-123 Random Booster Vol. 9 Fusion Hades. Built to match the older Metal System Aries wheel, it carries the same three ram heads with six horns, shaped to pair snugly with the Aries Energy Ring. Its light build and wide gaps leave its contact points weak, so it takes heavy recoil.
In Play
Torch's poor Defense and Stamina leave it without any real competitive niche, and the community treats it strictly as a display piece.
- Released in western countries with the BB-13 Legend Starter Pack Torch Aries 125D.
- Released in Japan on December 28, 2011 with the BB-123 Random Booster Vol. 9 Fusion Hades.
- Torch, together with Midnight, is one of only two Fusion Wheels that Hasbro put out before Takara Tomy issued its own version.
