About This Part
Hasbro's version of Phantom went on sale in western countries with the B-152 Starter Pack Phantom Orion 145ES, converting Takara Tomy's split 4D System design into a single hollowed-out Hybrid Wheel System piece. Most of the original detailing survives, but it can no longer separate into a Metal Frame and Core, so its mode-switching gimmick is gone, and the changes cut more than 10 grams from its weight.
In Play
With its gimmick removed and its weight reduced, the community sees Hasbro's Phantom as heavily outclassed by other Stamina-Type Fusion Wheels, leaving it a piece better kept for a collection than for competitive combinations.
