About This Part
Hasbro brought Midnight, also sold as Crash, west first as a Hybrid Wheel System Fusion Wheel in the BB-02 Legend Starter Pack Midnight Bull 125SF, with Takara Tomy following in Japan on December 28, 2011 inside the BB-123 Random Booster Vol. 9 Fusion Hades set. It is built on the shape of the older Metal System wheel Bull, carrying over the same wing shapes, broad slopes and nose-ring details.
In Play
The community has moved past Midnight for competitive play, with better Fusion Wheels available elsewhere, leaving it a piece collectors pick up mainly for completeness.
- Released in western countries with the BB-02 Legend Starter Pack Midnight Bull 125SF.
- Released in Japan on December 28, 2011 with the BB-123 Random Booster Vol. 9 Fusion Hades.
- Alongside Torch (sold in some regions as Cloud), Midnight/Crash is one of only two Fusion Wheels that Hasbro put out ahead of Takara Tomy rather than after.
