About This Part
Hasbro brought its own L-Drago Destructor to western shelves in May 2012 through the B-148 Starter Pack L-Drago Destructor LW105LF, reworking Takara Tomy's 4D System original as a Hybrid Wheel System piece. The Metal Frame is hollowed out to shed roughly 10 grams against the original, keeping the same three-dragon-head shape and its 180-degree rotation between Attack Mode and Absorb Mode. A rubber-filled Core again supplies spin absorption and extra weight through six protrusions.
In Play
The lighter Metal Frame trades some raw mass for the same absorbing rubber Core, positioning it as a workable but lesser-weighted alternative to the 4D System release.
- Released in western countries in May 2012 with the B-148 Starter Pack L-Drago Destructor LW105LF.
