It reworks Takara Tomy's two-piece 4D Metal Wheel into a single hollow piece, cutting its weight, while keeping the look of Beat's Attack Mode: sloped wings like Vulcan's serve as the main contact points, and triangular cat-ear shapes stand in for the original PC Frame.
