About This Part
Ionis is an Energy Ring Takara Tomy built for the Hybrid Wheel System. It debuted in Japan inside the BB-116 Random Booster Vol. 8 Jade Jupiter release on August 6, 2011, then crossed to western shelves with the B-135 Starter Pack Forbidden Ionis ED145FB. The ring's rim depicts two cow heads with horns curling around it in a circular sweep. Some releases spell the name "Eonis" rather than "Ionis" on the packaging.
