About This Part
Jumping Base is a Blade Base for the Spin Gear System built around a spring-loaded gimmick that makes the Beyblade hop two or three times right as the battle opens. One of three interchangeable tips - a ball, a flat, and a sharp tip - can be fitted to change how it behaves, and the Takara and Hasbro releases differ slightly in the spring's design. It also appears in the animated series as Hopper's signature part.
