Upper Fox is an Attack Ring for the Hard Metal System that debuted with Phantom Fox MS, weighing 19 grams. It is meant to deliver Upper Attack in right spin and Smash Attack in left spin, and while it can hold its own in various attack-focused builds, parts such as Circle, Samurai Upper, and Jiraiya Blade tend to be picked ahead of it whenever they are on hand. Its Upper Attack falls short of Death Gargoyle MS's Circle Upper and Samurai Changer MS's Samurai Upper because its ramp sits at a shallower angle and its plastic caul blocks off the start of that ramp; in left spin it manages some Smash Attack from a few sharp points, though these are mostly plastic and can't match a metal-rimmed part like Jiraiya Blade. It shares its metal frame with both Upper Dragon from Dragoon MF and Devil Crusher from Bloody Devil MS.
