About This Part
Jiraiya Blade is an Attack Ring from the Hard Metal System, first released with Jiraiya MS. Its weight ties it with Samurai Changer MS's Samurai Upper Attack Ring as the heaviest in the HMS line, with the mass concentrated at the outer rim thanks to a perimeter metal frame studded with small spikes that offer some Smash Attack. It is only slightly bigger than the smallest HMS ring, Magical Ape MS's Metal Ape, which lets it spin unusually fast for such a heavy part, making it a useful swap for Metal Ape when a builder wants extra attacking power in a Compact combination.
In Play
Competitive builders pair it with a Metal Change Core to trade off between a stationary, high-spin-velocity attack or a fast-moving one, and it also sees use in survival-leaning combinations where its added weight and speed contribute without giving up much stability.
