Down Force Ring is an Attack Ring from the Spin Gear System that debuted with Bakushin-Oh in November 1999, originally moulded in a translucent purple with six downward-slanting protrusions meant for Upper Attack.

In Play
The six protrusions sit too closely packed to make clean contact, so despite being built for Upper Attack it should never be used over an actual Upper Attack ring; the Hasbro release drops the slanted shaping from the protrusions entirely.
