About This Part
Advance Attacker is a 21-gram Attack Ring from the Hard Metal System, released with Advance Striker, built around a reversible Metal Frame that separates from its ABS Caul so it can be flipped between an Upper Attack setup and a Force Smash setup. Its symmetrical shape means it hits equally hard in left spin and right spin.
In Play
In left spin it is one of the best available Upper Attack choices, though in right spin parts like Circle Upper and Samurai Upper outperform it despite sharing the same slope angle, because their slope is a full centimetre longer. Its weight-to-size ratio also makes it one of the heaviest compact Attack Rings, useful in compact customisations, and its Force Smash mode comes into its own once paired with a taller Rubber Core than the stock Metal Flat Core provides.
