Description
Carlos built Spin Cutter by modifying his earlier Kid Dragoon, swapping its wings for razor blades. It stands as his only top in the Original Series anime and his first appearance in the manga, arriving before Zephyr XJ. Fans point to it as one of the earliest on-screen examples of an illegal modification in Beyblade media.
