Description

Kids Dragoon, sold in North America as Kid Dragoon, is a plastic-generation Attack Type top built as a scaled-down, younger take on Dragoon. Its Bit-Chip carries "Kids Series" artwork, and the Japanese release's code unlocks that chip inside the Beyblade Fighting Tournament game.

Parts in detail

Standard release pairing Upper Dragoon with Eight Wide, Right Spin Gear and SG Flat Base; closely related to Master Dragoon, which uses the same attack ring with a heavier weight disk.

SlotPartWeightSpinNote
Attack Ring Upper Dragoon 6.2 (Mold 1) / 6.0 (Mold 2) g Both A three-sided, overhanging ring with long upper-attack slopes that stay low-recoil for how offensive it is; right spin gives longer, gentler lift while left spin's shorter slopes edge closer to smash attack. It's traditionally the most popular pure upper-attack ring and a common safe pick for spin-stealing, even though rings like Triangle Wing or Upper Claw hit harder.
Weight Disk Eight Wide 12.7 (hard-edge mold) / 12.2 (soft-edge mold) g Light and moderately wide-spread across its two nearly interchangeable molds; useful mainly for pairing with rings whose contact points a wider disk would otherwise block, and generally outclassed elsewhere by its own light weight.
Spin Gear Right Spin Gear Shells + Regular SG Core Part & Metal Weight Gear 1.1g per shell (2.2g total) + 1.73g core assembly g Right Standard right-spin shells that, unlike Neo shells, can seat a Metal Weight Gear for a touch more weight in gimmicked pre-Neo casings, though Neo shells are generally preferred for their wider core compatibility.
Blade Base SG Flat Base 4.4 g The shortest base in plastics, giving it a niche role in traditional upper attack, though its tip struggles to flower-pattern cleanly and offers only average stamina and recoil control.

Weights are single copies weighed on their own; a part can vary by a few tenths of a gram.
