The Organiser's Report
Digested in our words
Held at MacLeod Ale Brewing, this event trialed the WBO's experimental "P3C1" first-stage format (each player assembles three combos, reveals them to their opponent, then picks one) without allowing repeated parts, arguing it better mirrors WBO deck-building than a single-Beyblade first stage. A post-event poll of the 28 attendees showed strong preference for the format, which the group completed as a five-round Swiss stage in under three hours. Judgement on a rubber flat driver and Lord.Sting.Br were the most successful combos.
- Tested the experimental P3C1 first-stage format without repeated parts to better mirror WBO deck format
- A post-event poll of all 28 attendees showed strong preference for P3C1 over the standard single-Beyblade first stage
- Completed a 28-player five-round Swiss stage in under three hours despite the added reveal-and-pick step
- Only one player had an issue meeting the three-combo minimum, due to an illegal Hasbro/Takara-Tomy part mix

Where this comes from
The listing's facts (title, day, time, venue, place, tags for format, battle type, cap and fee, and the ranked flag) were read from the WBO's tournament board on September 29, 2026; "Played and processed" is the board's own status for the thread. The podium comes from the organiser's post in the WBO's winning-combination thread for the format, joined to this event by the link in the post or by the same title on the same day. Names are shown as posted. To enter, discuss or see the bracket, use the thread. The organiser is the member who opened it; where the thread was not crawled, nobody is named. Something wrong here?
