Ryan Gladstone admits he secretly leads both DREAM and the Dominators, having run Judgement Bey purely as an experiment pitting street-trained Wheelers against artificially trained ones so he could recruit whichever side won. He reveals a separate world of Beys exists behind a gate only strong Wheelers can open, then confesses he means to conquer that New World. Disgusted, Team Estrella refuses his offer and resolves to stop him.
