HMS Custom Try Set

A Starter Set from Takara Tomy's Hard Metal System line, released in Japan in March 2004 to teach newcomers the basics of HMS Beybattles. It bundles recolored Dranzer MS and Advance Averazer tops with a Beystadium, launcher, ripcord, and a six-panel Over Fence.

What to know

  • Both featured Beys are simple recolors of previously released HMS tops
  • The black-colored Dranzer MS became a sought-after novelty despite offering no competitive edge
  • Advance Averazer's parts are useful for Stamina and Wobbler combos
  • Bundles the HMS Beystadium Balance Type S (Tornado Type)
