A South Korean toy company founded in 1974 and headquartered in Seoul's Guro District, Sonokong held a manufacturing license from Takara Tomy and Hasbro that let it produce and distribute the Metal Saga toyline domestically. It lost that license after launching its own competing Top Plate line, and Youngtoys picked up Korean distribution once the Burst Series arrived.
