Title · Metal Saga

Metal Saga

The manga that launched in 2008 under the name Metal Fight Beyblade reset the franchise after a four-year gap following Bakuten Shoot Beyblade, and TV Tokyo's resulting anime — co-produced internationally by Nelvana — began airing in 2009 as the third instalment of the franchise. Four seasons carry the name: Metal Fusion, Metal Masters, Metal Fury and Shogun Steel, each running 51 episodes in Japan except Metal Fury, which ran 52 there and 39 in the English dub. A theatrical film, Metal Fight Beyblade VS. the Sun: Sol Blaze, the Scorching Hot Invader, sits outside the main timeline. The block gave way to the Burst Series as the franchise's fourth instalment.
