Special move · Beyblade X

Xtreme Dash

Xtreme Dash is the core stadium gimmick introduced in Beyblade X: toothed gearing on a Beyblade's Bit catches matching gearing along the Xtreme Stadium's 'X-Celerator Rail' (the 'Xtreme Line'), giving the Beyblade a sharp burst of speed. In the anime and manga it doubles as a Special Move in its own right and forms the base for dozens of named variants — Xtreme Dash Double, Triple, Infinite, Buster, Dragonic Break, and many more — each tied to a specific Blader or Beyblade, plus a long list of other moves built on top of the same mechanic.

What to know

  • Core gear-interaction gimmick of the Xtreme Stadium's 'X-Celerator Rail,' introduced in Beyblade X
  • Functions as its own anime/manga Special Move with Blader-specific prefixes and suffixes, e.g. Robin Kazami's 'Copy' prefix for imitated techniques
  • Base for named variants including Xtreme Dash Double, Triple, Infinite, Buster, Max, and Dragonic Break, used by Jaxon Cross, Khrome Ryugu, Yoko Kyubi, Meiko Myoden, and others
  • Dozens of Beyblade-specific named versions are listed, such as Xtreme Dash King of the Beasts (Claw Leon), Xtreme Dash Blizzard (Sword Dran), and Xtreme Dash Big Bang (Blast Pegasus)
  • Other moves such as Hawk Dive, Shooting Star, and Supernova build on an Xtreme Dash without being direct variants of it
  • Each Blader or Beyblade gets its own visual trail for the move, matched by color plus a fire, spark, or lightning effect
  • Zero Cross performs an even faster variant, Xtreme Dash Dragonic Break Next Generation, cycling both Infinite Stadium rails continuously rather than completing a single circuit.
  • A separate named variant, Infinity Dash, also has a Blader work both rails of the Infinite Stadium repeatedly, distinct from the single-rail Xtreme Dash Infinite.
  • Climbing the elevated rail of the Flying Stadium produces the Air Ride Xtreme Dash variant.
