Raging Whirlwind Slash

Raging Whirlwind Slash is Jin Ryu's second special move for Doom Fire Drago: Drago rockets into the sky and calls down a lightning storm drawn from the air's humidity, then, since it's a water-type Bey, conducts that lightning itself and slashes down through the target to cut past its defenses. Jin debuted it against Glen's Raging Molten Fireblaze, using the humidity from Fireblaze's own flames to power the lightning and win.
