Counter Smash

Counter Smash, also called Counter Stance, is Tsubasa Otori's third special move, used with Earth Eagle 145WD across Beyblade: Metal Fusion and Metal Fury. Eagle wraps itself in a light-purple energy ball, either launching straight at the opponent or waiting to counter their attack precisely, matching its name. It first appeared in "Tsubasa Flies Into The Dark," beat Ryuga's Dragon Emperor Soaring Bite Strike in "Eagle Counterattacks," and overcame Kenta's Flame Sagittario (despite Sagittario's Flame Claw) in "Showdown at the Tower of Babel!"
