Synchrome

Synchrome is the customization mechanic behind the Beyblade: Shogun Steel toyline, first revealed in the April 2012 issue of CoroCoro Comic on March 15, 2012. It works by pulling a Synchrome-System top's Element Wheel off entirely and bolting a second Warrior Wheel underneath the first, which can be flipped or swapped freely and roughly doubles the assembly's total weight.

The anime Beyblade: Shogun Steel used Synchrome as a recurring plot device, with teamed-up Bladers combining their tops into pairings such as Salamander Ifrit W145CF (Fire Synchrome) and Orochi Leviathan 160SB (Water Synchrome).
The manga version of the story used Synchrome far more sparingly, limiting it to Salamander Ifrit W145CF across two chapters.
