Hall of Fame (Burst)

Takara Tomy set up this restriction list during the Burst Series to keep certain Layers out of wbba.-sanctioned play, either banning them outright or attaching a special condition. Three parts joined it in total: the Deathscyther Layer on August 15, 2016, the Dark Deathscyther Layer on July 15, 2017, and the Maximum Garuda Layer on August 15, 2017, the last one restricted to pairing with its original God Chip or a Metal God Chip rather than banned outright. No further additions or removals followed for the rest of the Burst toyline's run, despite a stated intention to revisit the list once conditions allowed.
