Biography

Quinn Manju is a 25-year veteran Pro Blader with an astonishing 9999-win, 9-loss career record, remembering every one of her rare defeats in vivid detail. Wise, observant, and able to predict a match's outcome before it even starts through her 'Bag of Wisdom' experience, she joins the All-Star Bey Battle chasing her 10,000th win. She is later revealed as Titus Manju's grandmother, and fittingly earns that milestone victory by defeating him directly.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Tall and elderly, Quinn has curly grey-and-orange hair worn in a grey, orange and purple mohawk, brown eyes, black eyeliner, red lipstick, very long red nails, and a pair of earrings shaped like queen chess pieces. In her youth her hair instead styled out like a lion's mane. Her usual outfit is a purple shirt printed with a lion, a long black trench coat and flared blue jeans both patterned with flowers, and brown pointed boots, often finished with a yellow-and-white paper fan in hand. As a young woman she wore a similar purple shirt and flared jeans with the trench coat, but added a necklace strung with three sharp fangs instead of the accessories she wears now.

Years of battles have left Quinn with deep knowledge of the game, and she carries herself as a wise, seasoned Blader for it. She reads a fight closely enough to predict how it will unfold before it even begins, and she recognises certain Bladers as figures with stories of their own worth respecting. Her memory for battles is total — she has never forgotten an opponent, and can still name the nine Bladers who managed to beat her.
