Biography

Multi Nana-iro is a mega-famous influencer-turned-Blader and member of Team Persona, known for mastering nearly any Beyblade type and for quick-changing between a 'cute' Wizard persona and a 'cool' Knight persona. Younger sister to rival blader Sigrid, she spent years losing to her before striking out on her own as the one-woman team Rainbow, eventually joining Persona and becoming a licensed Beycrafter who builds gear for her teammates. She can also convincingly imitate other bladers, most notably impersonating Jaxon as the masked 'Blader X' so he could compete incognito.

Appearance

What They Look Like

Rainbow streaks run through Multi Nana-iro's black hair, above black eyes; her everyday look pairs a horned gray headband with a rainbow-striped black shirt, gray shorts over brown-gray leggings, and black-and-gray sneakers, sometimes with a purple hoodie and a horned beige hat added on top. She can change outfits almost instantly, keeping one look for each side of herself: an idol-style dress with headphones and a ruffled black skirt for her softer persona, and a magician's top hat, cape and striped tailoring for her sharper one. As a Bey Crafter she wears red glasses, a lab coat and a licence lanyard, and later appearances add a fox-eared kimono, a sushi-shop uniform, and a look copied from Jaxon's Blader X style, down to his X-shaped hair bangs.

Masters any type and builds her team's Beyblades, but the versatility rarely converts: Sigrid, Khrome, Rex and Blaze all sweep her before she beats Nine.

Claims We Could Not Check

  • The Korean website briefly listed her age as 14 before hiding it
  • Her surname is a play on 'Seven Colors' (nana-iro), and her birthday July 16th uses goroawase wordplay to read the same way
  • Fans use '-chan' for her cute attire and '-sama' for her cool attire, rendered as 'Multi-chan' and 'Lord Multi' in one English translation
