Biography
Leon Zagart, who operates under the alias Zeo (ZO in Japan) in the anime, is the younger brother of the deceased Zeo Zagart in the Bakuten Shoot Beyblade manga. After his brother's death in an accident, their father Dr. Zagart became obsessed with resurrecting him using four sacred bit-beasts, and Leon trained hard to please him, hunting the Bladebreakers' bit-beasts and even capturing Dragoon. Battling Tyson reawakens Leon's own genuine passion for Beyblading, convincing Dr. Zagart to abandon the scheme. After losing to Tyson's evolved Dragoon G, Leon leaves with his father, later reappearing simply to cheer for Tyson at the tournament finals.

Claims We Could Not Check
- Manga creator Takao Aoki originally planned to reveal Leon as an android replica of the dead Zeo, an idea later reused for the "Zeo" concept in Beyblade: V-Force instead.

What we checked
What is on record for Leon Zagart is thin, so we went looking elsewhere rather than padding this page. These are the collections we searched, and none of them had anything to add:
- our toy database of every Beyblade and part
- every episode of every series
- the World Beyblade Organization's archived forums and Beywiki drafts
- Takara Tomy's and beyblade.jp's own pages
- Wikipedia in English and Japanese
- beyblade.com
- collectors' measurements of the parts
- the tournament, testing, news and fake-check records already on this site
