Biography

Dashan Wang, Da Xiang Wang in Japan, leads China's Wang Hu Zhong team and the Beylin Temple in Metal Masters and Metal Fury. A proud, disciplined martial artist, he battles Gingka Hagane in an intense defensive duel built around his signature Solid Iron Wall technique, ultimately losing but forging a lasting friendship. He later mentors a redeemed Julian Konzern during the Spiral Force crisis, defeating him in a spirited duel that convinces Julian to rebuild honorably. In Metal Fury, Dashan searches China for the Legendary Blader and eventually falls, tag-teamed with Chi-yun, to Gingka and Yuki's combined Legendary power.

Appearance and personality

What They Look Like, and How They Behave

Tall, muscular and tan-skinned, he wears his long black hair with yellow highlights down one side, and his large green eyes stay fixed on whatever stands in his way. His build is lean but clearly toned by years of martial arts training. A high-collared red shirt lined in white sits under a sleeveless white coat trimmed in yellow fur, paired with loose white trousers that stop just above the ankle. Fingerless gloves in black, red and yellow run up to his elbows, two piercings mark each ear, and dark blue-and-grey Chinese martial arts shoes finish the outfit.

Pride, loyalty and a strong sense of honour define him, alongside a generosity that has him freely passing on his knowledge to help teammates improve. He's warm toward everyone he meets, though his closest friends and teammates hold a special place with him. When he turns harsh — scolding Chao Xin or beating Julian outright — it's always meant to steer someone back onto the right path rather than to wound them. Above all he takes pride in his heritage and the effort that shaped him, and he'll go to any length to defend the honour of the Beylin Temple and of Beyblade itself.

The Solid Iron Wall and Zurafa's rubber wings absorb nearly anything; he beats Julian outright and only Gingka ever manages to defeat him.
