Billy (2000)

Biography

Billy is a minor character and friend/rival of Tyson Granger in the original Beyblade anime. In the manga he's a rude member of the Blade Sharks, but the anime reworks him into a kind, good-sport Blader who helps a young boy fix his Bey. He repeatedly loses to Tyson — first with a Bey called Metal Driger, later named Death Driger — and also falls to Andrew after the Asian Qualifiers, before the group teams up to help a bullied kid at the Beypark.

Tall and huskily built, Billy sports black hair that stands up in spikes above a strikingly large, round nose. He dresses in a plain black t-shirt under a dark green vest trimmed in orange, brown cargo shorts, white socks and a pair of olive-green and grey trainers.
