Biography

Achilles is the deuteragonist avatar spirit of Beyblade Burst Turbo, manifesting as an armored humanoid warrior bonded to Aiger Akabane. Achilles evolves through several designs — Z, Turbo, Union, Infinite, and Zeal forms — each adding new armor motifs while keeping a sword-and-shield combat theme drawn from his Greek-hero namesake. He appears to Aiger in dreamlike visions, offering strategic advice and emotional support, particularly during Aiger's corrupted-resonance arc against Phi. Their bond deepens across battles, symbolized by a shared fist bump before the climactic fight with Phi, cementing Achilles as both spiritual guide and battle partner.

Achilles first appears as an onyx-plated humanoid warrior wrapped in red armour and a burgundy cape, carrying a matching sword and shield accented with blue gems and silver trim; corruption from Phi's dark power turns his yellow eyes purple and wraps him in a purple-black aura. The Turbo form reworks the helmet into a knight-like crest with green eyes, while Union adds a taller, winged helmet and a segmented red faceplate. By the Infinite version the crests turn gold, the thorax bears a blue core gem, and the once-crimson cape has faded to white.

In his exchanges with Aiger, Achilles takes on the role of advisor, offering counsel on tactics and on which configuration best suits his Balance-type build against a given opponent. He communicates directly with his wielder rather than acting independently, and his guidance centres on winning the Beybattle at hand.
