Collector's Note
A metal 12-notch ring exclusive to Hayate Base and its Hasbro counterpart; legally counts as a Weight Disk, so it cannot be paired onto other Blade Bases. Its light weight and slightly free-spinning mount cause inertia problems both at launch and when hit, but its unusually rim-focused distribution does help Hayate Base perform a bit better than it otherwise would - notably, Mexico's world-championship-winning combination reportedly used Tiger Defenser on Hasbro's Hayate Base. Otherwise has no meaningful competitive role. Ships on Bakutenryu Hayate, Zinrai, Raiden, and Shin Hayate, and their Hasbro counterparts.
