About This Part
Rampart Aegis is a thick, round Defense Type Blade whose Gear Chip depicts the aegis, the shield carried by Zeus in Greek myth. Hasbro released it for the Unique Line, where its Ratchet-integrated build also places it among the Expand Blade (Infinity) parts, and it uses plastic Launcher Hooks in place of metal ones to raise Outward Weight Distribution. Underneath its metal contacts sits a battle-shield mechanism, a gimmick it shares with the Unique Line Blade LeonCrest. It debuted in western markets inside the Sneak Attack Battle Set.
