About This Part
Cutter Shinobi, called ShinobiShuriken in Japan, is a four-sided Balance Type Blade shaped to resemble a shuriken, with a Gear Chip depicting a ninja. Hasbro released it for the Unique Line, where it counts among the Expand Blade (Infinity) parts for combining the Ratchet into the Blade, using resin Launcher Hooks instead of metal ones to raise Outward Weight Distribution. Its Unique Line gimmick is a plastic shuriken piece at the base of the Blade that moves through a pawl-and-ratchet mechanism. It debuted in western markets inside the Sneak Attack Battle Set.
