Collector's Note

Only fits Neo Right/Left Spin Gear Shells; collectors note that within an SG any Magnecore is generically labeled 'Magne Version' without specifying polarity, so the site distinguishes them by dedicated part pages. Its defining trait is a weight distribution less centrally concentrated than the Heavy Metal Core but still heavy enough to help with recoil, making Magnecores a solid choice for controlling recoil on Attack builds that also care about stamina, such as those using SG Metal Flat Base (Gaia Dragoon V Version) — generally striking a better balance there than Metal Weight Core, since the extra weight doesn't cost matchups but does aid rotational recoil control, while still being faster and having better stamina than a Heavy Metal Core. Its magnetic gimmick has almost no gameplay effect in normal play beyond assembly quirks: it repels magnetized tips like Customize Grip Base Tip and Magne Flat Base Tip, and interacts with Magne Weight Disk (which can just be flipped as needed). Defensively and for rotational-recoil control it's outclassed by the much heavier Heavy Metal Core but is the next-best option, useful for Defense/Compacts (though clearly weaker than HMC) and has some use in certain Driger V2 outspin lines, though HMC is generally superior there and always preferred with Wide Defense. In Magne Stadia, South Magnecores are intended to behave offensively by being repelled and moving erratically. Used on Flash Leopard 2, Draciel V, Spike Lizard, Voltaic Ape, Flash Leopard (Hasbro Magnacore Version), and Draciel V2 (Hasbro Magnacore Version).
