About This Part

Takara Tomy built PhoenixFeather as a three-sided Attack Type piece for the Basic Line system, first announcing it in Japan through a CoroCoro magazine issue on December 15th, 2023, months before Hasbro's western release as Feather Phoenix. Its three upward-slanting wings act as the main hitting surface, and its Gear Chip shows the phoenix folding itself into its own wings. The mould shares its plastic pieces with DranSword, though its metal piece weighs a gram less and wears down more slowly thanks to smoother wing edges. Paired with a red 3-60 Ratchet and a Flat Bit, it forms the combination PhoenixFeather 3-60F seen in the anime and manga.
