About This Part
MummyCurse is a Defense Type Blade Takara Tomy issued under the Unique Line, shaped as a four-sided piece with thick contact points and a Gear Chip depicting a mummy. It first appeared in Japan inside the UX-18 Random Booster Vol. 8 on December 27th, 2025, and later reached western shoppers through Hasbro as Curse Mummy. Being part of the Unique Line, it swaps metal Launcher Hooks for plastic ones, which pushes more weight outward. Its signature trick is a hidden Counter Blade: fast spin flings the piece outward into a Counter Form meant to punish incoming hits, while slower spin lets it settle back into a four-point Guard Form for steadier defence.
