About This Part
Wall Wedge, abbreviated WW, is a Defense-type Bit in Takara Tomy's Custom Line series for Beyblade X. It combines the narrow, pointed tip of the standard Wedge Bit with the raised 'wall' rim first seen on the Wall Ball Bit, so the rim catches the stadium floor and rights the combo before it can lean over. Its shaft holds sixteen gear teeth rather than the twelve on a typical Bit, which speeds up an Xtreme Dash but burns through Stamina faster. It first appeared in Japan on January 24th, 2026, inside the CX-12 Booster PhoenixFlare Z9-80WW.
In Play
The extra gear teeth work against a pure Defense build, but competitive players fold Wall Wedge into Anti-Attack setups where the quicker dash becomes an offensive tool instead of a drawback.
