About This Part
Quake, shortened to Q, is an Attack Type Bit that Takara Tomy released under the Basic Line system, debuting in Japan on April 27th, 2024 with the BX-31 Random Booster Vol. 3 and later reaching western stores through Hasbro's Beat Tyranno and Knife Shinobi Dual Pack. Its flat tip is shaped like an ellipse, echoing the Quake Bottom and Quake Driver of earlier Beyblade generations, and that asymmetry gives it a habit of hopping unpredictably during a match; like its namesakes, it also runs low on stamina.
In Play
The hop is most reliable off an angled launch, but its inconsistency combined with weak stamina means competitive players generally pass on Quake as a serious strategy in ranked play.
- Debuted in Japan on April 27th, 2024 with the BX-31 Random Booster Vol. 3
- Reached western markets through Hasbro's Beat Tyranno and Knife Shinobi Dual Pack
The Competitive View
When it fails to hop, Quake performs poorly and is outclassed by Xtreme and Accel; when it does hop, the notable combo Xcalibur Oval Quake pairs Quake with the Oval Disc's imbalance to hop far more consistently, though it remains a gimmicky setup that needs a skilled blader to control.
- Off-center elliptical flat tip
- Debuted in B-21 Custom Set Attack & Balance Ver., released November 16, 2015
- Takara Tomy releases: B-21 Minoboros Oval Quake (Beyblade Attack & Balance Reshuffle Set, translucent purple); B-57 Victory Valkyrie Upper Quake (Triple Booster Set, translucent pale blue); Single Top Pack Minoboros Oval Quake

- Pairs with the Oval Disc (imbalanced) for the Xcalibur Oval Quake combo.
