About This Part
Point, shortened to P, is a Balance Type Bit that Takara Tomy released under the Basic Line system, debuting in Japan on October 7th, 2023 with the BX-15 Starter, LeonClaw 5-60P, and later reaching western stores through Hasbro's Starter Pack, Claw Leon 5-60P. It combines a flat tip with a small ball tip poking out at its centre, and how it behaves depends on the launch: tilted and thrown at an angle, the flat portion drives forceful movement that helps it catch the Xtreme Line for an Xtreme Dash, while a level throw lets it settle near the stadium's centre for strong stamina. Even on a level throw, though, getting knocked off balance snaps it back into the flat tip's aggressive movement, burning through its stamina.
In Play
Point's dual nature makes it a flexible pick that can lean either stamina or attack depending on launch angle, though a knockback during play can undercut its stamina game by forcing it back into aggressive movement.
