About This Part
Disk Ball, shortened to DB, is a Bit Takara Tomy issued under the Unique Line system as a follow-up to the original Ball, debuting in Japan on March 30th, 2024 with the UX-03 Booster, WizardRod 5-70DB, and reaching the west through Hasbro's Wand Wizard 5-70DB Starter Pack. Like its predecessor it ends in a rounded tip that spreads contact across a wide area for strong Stamina and a tendency to stay near the Stadium centre, but it adds a surrounding ring meant to right the piece after it gets knocked off balance. That ring's smooth edge also gives it a touch of Life-After-Death potential, and the added ring makes Disk Ball noticeably taller than a standard-height Bit.
In Play
Its self-righting ring and added height make Disk Ball a popular Stamina choice when a Blader wants recovery from wobble on top of raw endurance.
- Debuted in Japan on March 30th, 2024 with UX-03 WizardRod 5-70DB
