About This Part
Upper Force is an Attack Ring built for the 4 Layer System that debuted with Bump King, weighing 4 grams. Three triangular wings were shaped for Smash Attack in left spin, but early hardware restrictions from that generation limit the part to right spin use only. In that direction its wide, flat wings mostly produce recoil while landing almost no real attack, leaving it with little practical function.

The community generally regards it as one of the weakest Attack Rings ever made, both fragile and largely ineffective once its intended left-spin use is taken off the table.
