About This Part
Turtle Survivor is an Attack Ring for the Spin Gear System that debuted with the releases of Metal Draciel and Master Dranzer. It is a thin part with four beaked wings — two end in sharp points that add Smash Attack, while the other two carry blunt bulges that mostly just generate recoil. Its behaviour changes completely depending on spin direction: in right spin the sharp wing tips deliver hard Smash Attack hits, while in left spin the same wings are used to pull momentum away from an opponent in Zombie-style setups, pairing well with a Wide Survivor weight disk.
In Play
In right spin it rates alongside other strong Smash Attack rings like Triple Wing and Cross Griffon but suffers more breakage and recoil from its thin sharp tips, making it a lesser choice; in left spin its Zombie-type use is undercut by recoil from the same tips, leaving it outclassed by parts such as Tiger Defenser, Scissors Attacker, and the harder-to-find Twin Horn.
- Debuted with Metal Draciel and Master Dranzer.
