Hammer Tusk is an Attack Ring from the Engine Gear System that debuted with Rushing Boar in April 2003 and weighs 4.7 grams. It has a three-sided shape whose main contact points are relatively large, spiked wings. Left-spin performance trails right-spin slightly because of how the contact points are angled, but in either direction the spikes grind down an opponent's stamina while keeping recoil comparatively low.

The community rates it just short of top tier in left-spin, where its grinding action can wear down foes in same-spin matches; it also holds up in offensive metal-tipped combinations, such as an SG Metal Flat Base or a Full Auto Clutch Version Shaft spin-stealing setup, and it sees some play in right-spin spin-stealing combinations despite not being powerful enough for a true top-tier slot.
