What came in the box
- 取扱説明書(本書)×1
- ブレード[シルバーウルフ]×1
- ラチェット[3-80]×1
- ビット[FB]×1
- ワインダーランチャー ブラック×シルバー(本体×1、ワインダー×1)
- Ratchet sub-assembly (page 3-4): ラチェットカバー(白いパーツ, Ratchet Cover), ラチェットリング(外側の刃, Ratchet Ring), ラチェットベース(底面のパーツ, Ratchet Base) — the ring is twisted until the cover's ▼R aligns with the ring's ▲ to lock rotation direction, then blade + ratchet + bit are stacked and clicked together
- Assembly order: 1) join Blade to Ratchet, 2) align/lock Ratchet Cover R-mark to Ratchet Ring triangle, 3) seat Blade onto Ratchet, 4) lock Ratchet Ring by turning, 5) insert Bit shaft into Ratchet Base hole to complete
- After building or battling, check that the Bit spins freely (回るか確認); a stiff Bit means it was not assembled correctly and should be taken apart and rebuilt
- When disassembling, always remove the Bit first; after a Burst, pull the Bit out of the Ratchet before rebuilding
- Winder Launcher use: insert the winder into the launcher body on the side marked IN (gear-tooth side facing correctly), fit the Beyblade's 3 launcher prongs into the blade's 3 holes turning to position [1] then twisting to [2] to seat it, then pull the winder's grip sharply to launch; do not over-rotate the Beyblade once seated in the launcher or the prongs can break
- Battle procedure: both players load their Beyblade into a launcher, both position over a dedicated Beyblade X stadium, and on '3-2-1 GO Shoot!' both launch simultaneously; only Beyblade X dedicated stadiums may be used
- 4 ways to win, first to 4 points: エクストリームフィニッシュ (Extreme Finish, knock opponent into the Extreme Zone) = 3 points; オーバーフィニッシュ (Over Finish, knock opponent into the Over Zone) = 2 points; バーストフィニッシュ (Burst Finish, break apart opponent's Beyblade) = 2 points; スピンフィニッシュ (Spin Finish, outspin the opponent) = 1 point
- Extreme Stadium (separately sold): a dedicated Beyblade X stadium with an Extreme Line/Extreme Zone/Over Zone; when a Bit's tip meshes with the Extreme Line it triggers the 'X Dash' acceleration gimmick, said to work best when launched horizontally
- Product line note: BX line uses a metal launcher hook for weight balance/stability (e.g. BX-01 Dran Sword 3-60F); UX line concentrates more metal on the blade's outer rim for specialized performance (e.g. UX-01 Dran Buster 1-60A)
- App tie-in: the 'BEYBLADE X' smartphone app scans a Beycode (printed on a flap on the underside of the package) to earn Bey Points redeemable toward a rare-Beyblade draw game; app requires separate data charges, phone not included, app can end without notice, and the toy is playable without the app
