Angle Compass

An accessory meant to help a Blader judge launch tilt via a moving red ball indicator, released gray under code BB-49 by Takara Tomy and later black by Hasbro alongside their Custom Grip; in practice it functions mostly as a decorative piece rather than a reliable tilt gauge.

What to know

  • Takara Tomy's original release was gray, product code BB-49
  • Hasbro's black version came bundled with the Custom Grip in 2011
  • Functions mainly as a decorative indicator rather than an accurate tilt gauge
  • Takara Tomy's version fits any Launcher Grip; Hasbro's only fits the Custom Grip and Rev Up Launcher
