The X

The X, or X Tower, is the twin-tower headquarters of the Pro League in Xenon City, split into the flashy Slash Tower and the fundamentals-focused Solidus Tower. Teams battle to climb its 100 floors, with the top floor, The Peak, reserved for challenging the reigning champions.

What to know

  • Two 100-floor towers, Slash Tower and Solidus Tower, intersect to form an "X" shape; the 100th-floor ceilings open for title matches.
  • Slash Tower favors flashy Xtreme Dash-focused styles and audience ratings; Solidus Tower rewards fundamentals and Survivor Finishes.
  • Bladers transferring between towers keep their prior floor level.
  • Slash Tower teams include Persona, Pendragon, Phalanx (formerly), Zooganic, Yggdrasil, Dreams (temporary), Packun Channel, Cretaceous, and Unite and Conquer.
  • Solidus Tower teams include Phalanx, Gordias, Poisons, Physicals, Ninetails, Zodiac, and Misleaders (temporary).
  • Pro Bladers must pass Warden's Test — outlasting or beating Warden's Gale Wyvern 5-80GB in under 30 seconds — to climb to upper floors.
  • Hosts the Shuffle Battle Fest, exhibition matches, and the ultimate title match between the two towers' champion teams.
  • Each tower uses a differently colored Xtreme Stadium (Slash Tower: green with red rail; Solidus Tower: black with yellow rail).
