Komaba Sushi

Komaba Sushi, called Komaba-Zushi in Japan, is a 200-year-old sushi restaurant run by chef Taisho Sushiya, who gave up a pro-Blading career to inherit it. Its unconventional menu — sweets and oddities like chocolate-banana rolls and habanero mango tart — mainly appeals to Jaxon. The restaurant doubles as a Beyblade venue, with an Xtreme Stadium built into its bar counter or a converted warehouse below, and it's the site of several key team battles and a blueprint theft.
