Vast Cutter, called Vurst Cutter in Japan, is a Beyblade: G-Revolution special move used by Daichi Sumeragi's Strata Dragoon V. In the anime, Strata Dragoon's Bit-Beast briefly appears before transforming into a giant circular saw blade around the Beyblade's Saucer Ring, and the resulting rolling attack is strong enough to cleave through solid structures — Daichi famously used it to destroy the Leaning Tower of Pisa stadium during his match with Tala.
