Rising Phantom Hurricane is Tyson Granger's move for Dragoon Fantom.G.V, debuting in chapter 9 of the "Bakuten Shoot Beyblade: Rising" manga against Tala's Wolborg.8.Br: it forms a towering storm dotted with spectral clones of the Beyblade spiraling around the vortex before crashing into the enemy alongside the real Beyblade, sharing many visual similarities with the related move Rising Hurricane but adding the ghostly duplicate clones.
